How well can you converse? Examiners want to test you on your general knowledge, how well you respond to topics of conversation and how observant you are when talking about a particular topic. What are the points that have been discussed? Write as many as you can!

To include what lessons learnt from that experience is important.
Do not give motherhood statements.
Try to speak confidently. =)
we must make this conversation long by answering the (Why, What, When, Where, Who and How) questions. For eg. Have you been sick before?
Ans: Yes. That was a year ago(When?)when I and my family(Who?)were in the United States(Where?)I was having malaria as the environment there is not good(Why?) I'm grateful to my parents as they crought me to the hospital nearby to cure(How?)as I have a flu and a high fever. After the visit to the doctor, I felt better and then flew back to Singapore and realised that Singapore has better living and air conditions and there is a cleaner to clean the dirty place for us. We should be thankful to them and should not litter to spread dieases such as dengue etc.(Conclusion)
We should always tell the truth and should speak our mind confidently. All the best! ;0)

try to keep the examiner interested and why when what how and put in my own personal feelings and use vocabulary that is in the phrase book
good points raised! well done, but take note that the purpose of conversation is not to make it long - ask yourself, how do you converse with your friends? Do you just talk (even when there is no content) just to keep the conversation long? take note not to be trapped in long conversations that lead to nowhere : )
It's great to see so many good points raised! Well done and keep it up, 6B. One thing that worries me is the misconception that long conversations = good. Ask yourself if you would like to be caught in a conversation that is lengthy but uninteresting? If not, then avoid making the conversation long but boring. That would not help much to raise your marks... Keep your comments coming in! : )
thanks, ms soon =)
will try to keep the conversation short but interesting! =)
We have to give as many clear and confident personal responses as we can, answering all the questions. Also, we should try to make the conversation intresting, to make the examiner listen to us. We should also bring up a good learning point from that incident.
try to talk about other things after answering the examiner's question. It must be related to the question, for eg. What would you like to be in the future?
Ans:I would like to become a veterinarian as i love animals alot. Also,i would like to treat the animals from sicknesses, as animals are our friends too. They are our companions, for those who own pets at home. They keep us occupied with lots of stuff so we won't be bored. The best thing is, We can also tell them our problems without worrying that they may tell other people. ....
Use a wide range of vocabulary and remember to speak confidently!
Make eye contact! =)
have eye contact with the examiner. speak confidently and do not mumble.
The most important thing about conversation [in my opinion] is to relax, treat your examiners as friends [ must have a certain respect, of course =) ]
Do not stutter, and speak slowly, so as not to stumble over yourself and eat your words.
Talk about before, during and after the incident.
Add in a personal touch ^^ .
Introduce ideas..
Try not to allow the examiners to prompt.
Include a learning point or a lesson learnt...
Elaborate on the main point and play around with it... [ By going around the point. for example, littering. Talk about ways to stop it. What can you your friends, your parents and your relatives do to contribute?]
6B, we are always number 1 in talking..... so best of luck!!!!! Though I don't think you guys will need it =)
